Design comes in many forms. The one which everyone thinks of initially is graphic design. Although this is important it is a waste if the underlying design of the site is bad. It is for this reason that we only hire people who have a sound knowledge of their respective areas and don't rely on intermediaries to tie the whole thing together (with this sort of muddlesome approach there are always mistakes which cost you time, money and effort. So we only use people who have high levels of skill in all areas of design and who are able to communicate with each other to produce the results you want.
